The Godfather
We want to introduce everyone to our New Years Eve snacky plate, The Godfather. It is a celebration of great cuisine and flavors deeply rooted in Italian tradition. It includes honey and goat cheese endive boats with roasted beets, pears, and walnuts. Buffalo mozzarella and ricotta endive boats with fried pancetta and braised fennel. An Italian pizza with layers of prosciutto and fresh Parmesan cheese, a recipe going back over 300 years in our family and a staple holiday tradition. A mix of luxury cheeses, meats, and crackers and for dessert homemade cannolis and rum balls. This is a limited release and we will only have 12 of these amazing snacky plates due to the care and individual attention each one gets. Each plate will easily serve 8 to 10 people or smaller versions can be accommodated. We look forward to being part of your New Years Eve tradition as we all ring in 2021.
